who we are
Together, we climb every summit in communications. We know the routes, recognize changing conditions early, weigh opportunities and risks, and have the stamina needed to effectively support our clients in all matters of communication. We are there when they need us.
Mount Everest was considered unconquerable until that day in May 1953, when Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay reached the summit of the world's highest mountain. "It is not the mountain we conquer – we conquer ourselves." With these words, Hillary described what mountaineering is truly about. This spirit of exploration shapes our mindset.
Founded in 2013, our now global team of experienced and specialized consultants develops strategies and concepts to address the most pressing questions of our time, implementing them together with our clients at local, European, and transatlantic levels. We advise companies, associations, non-governmental organizations, foundations, as well as the German Federal Government and the European Commission.
At the end of 2025, the jury of the PR Report Awards named us "Communications Consultancy of the Year." The jury's citation recognized our "integrated thinking and working at the intersections of politics, business, and society." For us, this was not only a validation, but the starting point for the next step: As 365 Sherpas BPI, we are a central pillar of the global strategic consultancy BPI. This allows us to combine our deep roots in the German and European market with transatlantic reach, creating a unique offering for our clients.
Strong reputation and successful communications are, for us, two sides of the same coin: we call it conviction. Our strategies are built on responsibility and sustainable impact. In our advisory work, we support and respect the codes of conduct for interest representatives under the Lobby Register Act, the German Society for Policy Consulting (de'ge'pol), as well as the ethical guidelines of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) and the German Public Relations Society (DPRG). We are of course registered in the lobby register for the representation of interests before the German Bundestag and the Federal Government.

Effective consulting and the development of 365 Sherpas BPI as an organisation thrive on diverse perspectives and the ability to constantly adapt. We are supported in this by an interdisciplinary Advisory Council of external Senior Advisors. They are our strategic sparring partners. Where needed, they also bring their individual expertise and broad experience directly into our consulting projects.
