Christoph Bornschein is a member of the Advisory Council of 365 Sherpas BPI – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice, serving as an external Senior Advisor.

Christoph Bornschein is a co-founder of the TLGG group of companies and advises businesses and organizations on the strategic use of digital technologies. In 2021, he was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is a sought-after speaker at conferences and an author of specialist publications. In his F.A.Z. podcast “Bornschein,” he discusses digital topics with experts.

He holds several supervisory board mandates, including as a member of the supervisory board of Talentsconnect AG and Cloudflight, as well as on the advisory boards of Banxware, the ZF Group, and the Lufthansa Innovation Hub. He is also actively engaged as a member of the Digital Council of the Confederation of German Employers (BDA).

After 15 years as Managing Director of TLGG, he transitioned to the role of Chairman in June 2023 and was simultaneously appointed President of Digital Strategy, Business Development & Growth in Germany by the US-based Omnicom corporation. Since November 2025, he has been Chief Product and Applied AI Officer and EVP at Capgemini Invent.
