
FRÄNZI KÜHNE
Fränzi Kühne is a member of the Advisory Council of 365 Sherpas BPI – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice, serving as an external Senior Advisor.
Fränzi Kühne is a digital entrepreneur, investor, and supervisory board member. Together with two partners, she founded the digital business agency TLGG in 2008. With a team of 200 bright minds across offices in New York and Berlin, the agency unlocks the potential and opportunities of digital transformation for international companies and brands. At the beginning of 2020, Fränzi Kühne stepped down from the management of TLGG. From the beginning of 2022 until December 2025, she served as Chief Digital Officer at edding AG — in a tandem model with TLGG co-founder Boontham Temaismithi.
From 2017 to 2022, Fränzi Kühne was a member of the supervisory board of Freenet AG, making her Germany’s youngest supervisory board member of a publicly listed company. Since 2018, she has also held a supervisory board mandate at Württembergische Versicherung. In addition to her supervisory board roles, Kühne invests in start-ups through her investment company Kühner Unf UG, is actively involved as a foundation council member of the AllBright Foundation, and writes for various online magazines. In November 2014, EDITION F named her one of 25 women shaping the digital future. In May 2021, she published her first book with Fischer Verlag — “Was Männer nie gefragt werden. Ich frage trotzdem mal.” (“Questions Men Are Never Asked. I’ll Ask Them Anyway.”), which became a SPIEGEL bestseller shortly after its release. Since January 2026, she has been a member of the administrative board of Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb).
