JARDENA LANDE
Jardena Lande is an Associate Director at 365 Sherpas BPI (formerly BOLDT BPI) with two decades of professional experience in politics, public affairs, and communications.
She specializes in the strategic positioning of complex issues and in building resilient networks with political and media stakeholders. In addition to her work in the German market, she serves as Liaison Officer Germany-Switzerland, bridging the two economic spaces. Prior to joining 365 Sherpas BPI, she worked, among other roles, as a Senior Associate at the Bernstein Group and as a Public Affairs Manager in the defense industry. She developed a thorough understanding of parliamentary processes during her time at the German Bundestag.
Jardena gained international experience as a director of NGOs in London and Berlin, where she managed global coalitions and led high-level diplomatic formats. Her recognized subject matter expertise is widely acknowledged; in 2025, table.media named her one of Germany’s ten leading consultants in the field of security policy. With equal confidence, Jardena guides companies beyond the security sector through highly regulated markets and complex political landscapes, including in areas such as culture and media, mobility, and tech.
She volunteers on the extended board of Women in International Security (WIIS). She completed her studies in International Relations (BA) and International Studies and Diplomacy (MA) at the University of Leeds (UK) and SOAS, University of London (UK). Jardena speaks German, English, French, Hebrew, and Spanish.
