Julia Wehrs is an Associate Director at 365 Sherpas BPI with approximately ten years of professional experience.

Her expertise lies in the conception and implementation of political campaigns, stakeholder management, and traditional political advocacy. Integrated approaches form the foundation for achieving measurable results and establishing political positions on a sustainable basis. In addition to her work in the German market, she regularly operates within European and transatlantic teams. Prior to joining 365 Sherpas BPI (formerly BOLDT BPI), she spent four years working for the agencies BCW and HBPA.

She gained additional advocacy experience at municipal umbrella associations, including the Association of Municipal Enterprises (VKU). She began her career in municipal administration, which to this day gives her a deep understanding of administrative logic and political decision-making processes at all levels. She completed her studies in European Studies at the University of Osnabrück.

Julia advises companies and organizations on issues in the areas of the creative industries and media, women’s health, digital and tech, energy, as well as food and agriculture. She volunteers as part of the organizing team for de’ge’pol COM. Julia speaks German, English, and Spanish.
