Lara Weiß works as an analyst at 365 Sherpas BPI – Corporate Affairs & Policy Advice.

Having started with an internship in January 2026, Lara has been working as an analyst at 365 Sherpas BPI since June 2026. Prior to this, she gained insights into the work of a think tank, business research and communications consultancy.

Studying political science at the University of Mannheim, she particularly focused on European Union politics during her semester abroad at the University of Sheffield in England.

Lara speaks fluent German and English and has an advanced knowledge of French.
